These guys were great! The scheduler was extremely nice and got us in right away. Four very skilled technicians came to hang a chandelier in our dining room. I’m so glad we had professionals come as it was kind of tricky. They were extremely professional and courteous and did a phenomenal job. Struggling with our treadmill tripping the circuit every time that we used it. Turning off the treadmill, the power in the entire room and TV in the next room-I finally called Parco (based on the reviews that I read online). I’m sure glad that I did! I would give Parco six stars if I could. First of all, because they called me this morning and said words I haven’t heard since before Hurricane Harvey: “we’re ahead of schedule, can we come now?”

Then they got here, four people, and got busy right away doing everything on my list: replacing GFCIs, running new 220 for an oven, replacing exterior outlets.

Wayne had to run to the store to pick up a piece of wire they didn’t have (old house with weird wire) and while he was gone, T asked if he could help me replace outlets until Wayne got back.

Now for the true confessions part of the review: I didn’t have flood insurance so I’m doing a lot of things myself. Today that means removing and replacing all of my electrical outlets. Obviously I’m not really good at that so it takes me about an hour per outlet.

During the 15 minutes Wayne was gone, I installed about a half an outlet…T did 4 and had started on a 5th.

Anyway. They finished up in short order and were getting ready to leave when Wayne took pity on this old lady and gave me some invaluable tips and pointers to help speed me up a bit.

I can’t say enough nice things about these folks. So hire them: you’ll be happy you did!!!

I had an electrical outlet installed outside in my patio on 3/19/2015. The crew called to let me know they could be at my house earlier than my scheduled appointment and were about 10-15 minutes away. They arrived early and were very friendly and professional.

They introduced themselves and confirmed the project to be completed. They removed their shoes upon entry. I showed them the project area and they explained the process before they started working.

It took them approximately 45 minutes to complete the installation. The outlet was installed in the ceiling of the patio and looks great. It functions as it should. Everything was picked up and throw away. The cost of the job was very reasonable.

I would highly recommend using Parco electric for any electrical projects you have.

I highly recommend Wayne Parker and Parco Electric. I was dreading a call to an electrician and being able to find one I felt I could trust. This is the first time I’ve needed to hire an electrician. When it comes to Contractors, you never know who you’re going to have show up at your door. All I have to say is that I had a GREAT experience. They were professional, punctual, quick and efficient. I had two dead plugs and needed a new one dropped…. They had it all done and cleaned up within an hour…. For some reason electricians are hard to come by, wife and I had just bought a double oven and above micro wave, which to our surprise after pulling out our 30 yrs old oven out didn’t have an outlet for micro wave and installers due to arrive on Friday. My wife found Parco Electric on yelp wednesday, I called them they were able to work me in on the same day, called prior to arrival, on time, and had the work completed shortly afterwards, cleaned up the mess, did a great job, at a resonable rate. However, when the installers showed up, I had chosen the wrong location for the outlet, called Parco on Saturday, again showed up same day, relocated the outlet no questions asked and did it on a good will basis, who does that these days. awesome people to work with, honest, proffessional, reliable, and would recommend these guys to anyone. I will actually be using them for our company electrical needs in the future. We just moved into a house that had a myriad of small electrical issues that were found upon inspection– the scariest of which being the face that our in-ground pool was not grounded– YIKES! Our other electrician we had gotten an estimate from fell through, and Aaron was able to look at our inspection and give us a full e-mail report and estimate based on the findings. We could tell from this explanation of problems how honest Parco Electric is. Aaron didn’t hesitate to tell us that some of the issues were non-essential to fix and not worth spending money on. The estimate was very reasonable, and within a week, his crew came out (On a Saturday!) to get us sorted out.

As further proof of their honesty, some of the issues listed ended up being much smaller once the crew saw them in person, and the cost of the total fix ended up being $400 less than the original estimate! What a happy surprise.

Long story short, we would recommend Parco in a heartbeat. No issues, good service, and very reasonably prices. Thanks again!

My husband installed a new garbage disposal and shorted our outlets in the kitchen. We were in a panic as we had my family coming in town that afternoon and had no power to major kitchen appliances. We called Mr. Parker at 9am and he arrived at our house within an hour, (we are close to his location). We bought a new (older) home that needed to be brought up to code. I was able to get in touch with Mr. Parker easily and he came over the next day to give me an estimate. I had the inspection report that we went through together and Mr. Parker had a solution for each “electrical issue”. He also installed outdoor sconces and he installed a fire alarm system that connected throughout the house. I was very happy with his work.
